Shipping policy

- Orders are usually packaged and shipped within 2-business days.

- A shipment confirmation with its tracking number(s) will be emailed to the sender once the order has been shipped. The tracking number will usually become active within 24hours of shipment.

- Shipping discounts are not eligible for wholesale orders or those with shipping destinations outside of the 48 US contiguous states. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The shipment for PO boxes addresses can only be accepted/used within the US, US Territories and APO/FDO/DPO

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The customs duties and taxes to be imposed during or after the shipment of any order is not the responsibility of World of X-Ray. Hence, any fees (tariffs, etc) that will be applied shall be the customer’s obligation.

Damages

World of X-Ray will not be liable for any damaged or lost products during shipment. If the order received is not in good condition or damage, you may contact the shipment carrier at once.
